What better way to kick off the summer than the 33rd Annual Cambridge River Festival! On Saturday June 2nd from 12:00 to 6:00pm head down to the banks of the Charles River for a fun filled festival that is sure to have something that appeals to everyone in your family! This free event is unlike any other festival in the area featuring an array of musical performers in a range of genres including folk, world, jazz, blues, and gospel. In addition there will be interactive dance, theatre, and storytelling. There is no shortage of food at this event with an assortment of specialty foods and treats that’ll fulfill any desire. The river festival is also an opportunity for local crafters to showcase their work, so be sure to stroll through the marketplace and pick up something for yourself or a friend! This is a rain or shine event so come with an empty stomach and you’re dancing shoes ready!
